检测密封试验  

油箱密封性试验应在装配完毕后进行。带有可拆卸的散热器或冷却器时，可以在拆卸状态下试验，试验用静油柱法或静气压法。

1.柱法
静油柱试验法是在变压器储抽柜的注油孔上加装一根高度为0.6m以上的油管，在油管顶端焊装一个贮油桶，以备变压器油因热胀冷缩或绕组内气泡溢出作补充用，防止造成缺油。这样经24h后观察应无渗油现象。此方法一般用在160kVA以上的。

2.静气压法
静气压法是在箱盖上或储油柜上的通气孔连接一个带有气压表的管子，端部装有旋塞，缓慢施以气压到0. 03MPa，然后将旋塞关闭，经24h观察，油箱各处不得发现有渗漏现象。所有气体(空气或惰性气体) 是干燥的。气压试验时，应将储油柜与油箱相连通，有 气道的要将玻璃板换成钢板密封。一般是将储油柜上吸湿器拆去.接三通接头.将氮气瓶中氮气经降压表阀降压后通入储抽柜或胶囊袋中，关闭阀门，观压压力表12h不显著降低。对密封式有波纹油箱的变压器，应加0.025MPa压力12h不渗漏。而按国家标准GBJ148-1990《变压器验收规范》规定，变压器箱盖上加0.03MPa24h变压器本体不渗漏，有载分接开关加0.06MPa24h不渗漏。在做密封试脸前，有时要抽真空，它们单位的相互关系。
